2016 People's Choice Regional Winners - Upper North Island Region Piccolo Licensed Café quickly gained a reputation for top food, quick service and coffee. Only 18 months after opening Piccolo was voted ‘best hospitality business in Taupo' and was rated second best café in the Central North Island by Café Magazine. The Cafe uses Supreme Coffee expertly hand crafted by our Barista team. Besides our great cabinet food we also have Breakfast and Lunch menus and open from 7am to 4pm daily. 8 am to 5 pm on Public Holidays In our kitchen, we pride ourselves in quality food and meals quickly. We take the very freshest ingredients and prepare casual, elegant, good quality food in beautiful surroundings. Piccolo is situated at the Lake end of Ruapehu Street next to No1 Shoes.
